In Ohio, tree companies must register separately with each city where they work. Independent Tree maintains full registration in every municipality we serve—from Shaker Heights to Aurora, Pepper Pike to Chagrin Falls, and everywhere in between.
For each city, we provide:
- Proof of insurance with the municipality listed as additionally insured
- Surety bond from our insurance company
- Workers' compensation documentation for every team member
- Tax compliance verification
- Annual registration fees
